How we collect, use, and protect your information

Last updated: June 2026

US Flight Co ("US Flight Co," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website at usflightco.com (the "Site"), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using the Site or submitting information to us, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

  • Information you provide directly. When you complete a lead form, contact form, discovery-flight request, financing inquiry, or otherwise reach out to us, we collect the details you submit — typically your name, email address, phone number, the program or service you are interested in, and any message you include.
  • Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our analytics providers may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring website, and the dates and times of your visits. This information is gathered using cookies and similar technologies (see "Cookies and Tracking" below).

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide the information you request;
  • Follow up with you about admissions, enrollment, and flight training programs;
  • Schedule tours, discovery flights, and consultations;
  • Send you marketing communications about our programs, events, and offers (you may opt out at any time);
  • Operate, maintain, analyze, and improve the Site and our services;
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues; and
  • Comply with our legal obligations.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate our business and provide our services, including with the following categories of third-party service providers:

  • Email service providers used to receive lead notifications and to send you communications;
  • Customer relationship management (CRM) platforms used to manage admissions and follow-up with prospective students;
  • Project and workflow tools such as Trello, used internally to track and respond to inquiries;
  • Analytics providers such as Google Analytics, used to understand how visitors use the Site.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our agreements, to protect the rights, safety, or property of US Flight Co or others, or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or sale of assets. These service providers are authorized to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us.

Cookies and Tracking

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to operate properly, remember your preferences, and measure website performance through analytics. Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Most web browsers allow you to control or disable cookies through their settings; however, disabling cookies may affect how the Site functions. Analytics cookies help us understand aggregate visitor behavior so we can improve our content and services.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy — including responding to your inquiry, managing the admissions process, and maintaining our business records — unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to request that we correct or delete it, and to opt out of marketing communications. To make a request, email us at admissions@usflightco.com. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable law. You can also unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in those messages.

Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at admissions@usflightco.com and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the personal information we collect. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You share information with us at your own risk.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
